Abstract

A reconfigurable enclosure assembly such as a barrier, for enclosing a space comprises a primary support 11 and a plurality of secondary supports 12, 13, 14 for supporting a cover 15. The cover is arranged to retractably extend from the primary support such that the cover is reconfigurable between a first configuration in which the cover is supported by the primary support and a second configuration in which the cover is supported by the primary support and at least one of the plurality of secondary supports, to enclose the space. The cover may have a channel 18 along the longitudinal edge 19a, 19b of the cover so that a rib can be inserted to strengthen the cover. Also disclosed is an enclosure assembly having at least two supports and a cover in which the supports are configurable between a substantially linear configuration and an arcuate configuration.
