Abstract

A rack for use in a fan oven has sides (1, 2) which are connected together by a rear frame (4) and are adapted to support shelves (5). The rear frame supports an apertured baffle (10) which influences the circulation of air by the fan. The baffle is removable from the oven with the other parts of the rack. <IMAGE>
