Abstract

An indicator gauge has a pointer illuminating means (36) having a light projecting end from which light rays are projected to enter into a transparent pointer (18) to illuminate a tip section (32, 34) of the pointer. The illuminating means is located to the rear of the pointer and so arranged that the light projecting end is located in a section where the rotation axis (16) of the pointer lies. <IMAGE>
