Abstract

A guide for fitting to a letter plate (10) which includes a frame (11) having a pair of mutually facing channels (13) therein, the guide comprising a tubular body (15) of rectangular cross-section which has a pair of outwardly projecting convex protuberances (17) on one edge at an axial end thereof, and two pairs of outwardly projecting tangs (16) on an opposed edge at said axial end thereof. The tubular body (15) is resiliently deformable so as to enable the protuberances (17) to engage in one of the channels (13) and the tangs (16) to engage in the other of the channels, thereby fitting the guide to the letter plate (10). <IMAGE>
