Bobbins &c.-Relates to a bobbin comprising two outwardly flared portions 2, 3 jointed at 4 and provided with hexagonal or other polygonal ends 5. The depth of contraction of the antielastic surface 1 which receives the yarn is such as to prevent contact between the yarn and the floor on which the bobbin rests, while the polygonal ends 5 prevent rotation thereon. The Provisional Specification states that the device may be mounted on a stand.
