195,369. Poirier, R. E. March 21, 1922, [Convention date]. Addition to 181,672. Screw-sockets.- Relates to wall plugs having an inner cone 3a co-operating with a screw or bolt 30 for wedging out a hollow casing 13 constructed as described in the parent Specification, for securing the plug in a recess in a wall or the like. According to this invention, the cone is made of less plastic a.nd more resistant material such as ozokerite, or even cf metal. When the cone is of metal, it is screw-threaded to receive the screw or bolt 30; but when the cone is of moulded material, it is formed with a smooth hole having an enlargement at the end for a head on the bolt, or is moulded with a nut 32<a> near the end to engage the screwthreads of the bolt.
