Drawing-boards.-A device for stretching drawing-paper and the like, which may be used as a sketching pad or block, consists of a metal plate 1 to the sides of which are hinged metal flaps 10 having oblique ends. The previously-clamped paper is placed on the plate, and its edges are folded over the flaps, which are then turned to the back of the plate. Clips or fasteners may be used to hold down the flaps. When applied to a drawing-board, the device is made in the form of a frame adapted to be attached to the sides of the board.
