Abstract

192,969. Keesing, I. April 18, 1922. Sealing.-In wax-heating appliances of the kind having a spout which is heated, a heat-insulating partition 9 is provided to separate the spout 12 from the container 1 into which granular wax is fed through a tunnel 3, the partition 9 having an aperture 10 for passing the granular wax into the spout in the operative position, and allowing the molten wax to remain in the spout in the inoperative position. The spout is surrounded by electric heating-elements 14 encased in an insulating-sleeve 13, the conductor 7 passing through a hollow handle 6 provided with a button switch 8.
