Gill boxes and frames.-The guiding groove c in the fallerbar 3 is cut straight for the upper half w<1>, wand inclined for the lower half w, w<2>. The end face a of the guide bar 2 which engages the groove is straight. This arrangement allows the slight forward movement of the faller as it is lifted from the bottom screw to the top screw.
