3870. Pitcher, R. J. March 11. Hand and wrist exercising apparatus.-Relates to an apparatus for strengthening the fingers and wrist and for stretching the webbing between the fingers. The apparatus comprises a base D, to one end of which is secured a block A<1> provided with a finger-slot A. A similar block B', either alone or superposed upon a block C, may be adjusted along a groove E in the base and is secured by a clamping-screw. The fingers are exercised by pressing them towards the base with the blocks between them. During wrist exercise, the forearm is clamped between hollows L, M at the adjacent sides of the blocks,
