[Cognate Applications, 22,606/14 and 23,612/14.] Torpedo nets.-Large grommets 2 are connected by rings or circular series of small grommets 1 to form defensive nets. As shown in Fig. 2, alternate horizontal rows of large grommets lie in one vertical plane while the other rows lie in another vertical plane. Or the relative disposition of the rows of large grommets and small grommets may be as shown in Figs. 4, 6, and 8.
