Abstract

13,662. Spickett, J. E. June 5. Blast and aspirating apparatus, injector.- An injector for producing a flow of mixed gases, particularly suitable for breathing-apparatus, such as that described in Specification 18.932/12, [Class 81 (ii). Medical &c. appliances], consists of a tubular body 1 in the end of which is screwed a tubular pin 3 with a fine bore 4. A conical extension 6 provided with perforations 7 is screwed on to the body 1. The injector is screwed into the upper end of a tubular casing 10 connected by a pipe 12 to a supply of one of the gases under pressure, and provided with a lateral passage 9 for the other gas, and with a tubular exit 11 for the mixed gases.
