Tyre attachments to rims.-The tyre-holding flanges 9 are coned to engage a split ring 3 fitted over the wheel rim 2, and are adjustably secured by flanged rings 13 and bolts 11. The arrangement is such that the base of the tyre 7 is compressed, a space 10 being left between the rings 9 when in use.
