3568. Ramsbottom, J. Feb. 11. Detonator apparatus.-The detonators bare fixed radially at the periphery of a disk c which is acted on by a counterweight and a rope or the like connected to the cabin. When the signal is at ' clear,' a portion of the periphery of the disk which is unoccupied by detonators is presented to the rail. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 6428/93 and 3010/05.
