Vehicle windows.-Relates to means for preventing rain from entering the wells e of sliding vehicle windows c comprising a flap which is pivotally mounted on the bottom rail of the window sash, so as to fall out over the weather rail when the sash is raised, and to fold up against the sash when the sash is lowered. According to the present invention, the flap a is provided with turned-up ends a<2> and is formed integrally with, or is attached to, a tubular member a<1> which is mounted on trunnions d carried by plates b secured to the sash c. In the modification shown in Fig. 4, trunnions g secured to the flap f extend into sockets h on a plate i secured to the outer face of the sash.
