Abstract

Knee-grips attached to the sides of the petrol tank a, Fig. 1, of a motor-cycle are constructed of a series of flat leather or like strips g put together and secured by metal rivets so as to form a block. The blocks are attached to the tank and frame by straps i which pass through holes in the blocks. The strips may be shaped as shown in Fig. 5, and several blocks may be used on each side of the tank.
