Abstract

20,860. Flick, G. T. Sept. 16. Shaping made-up goods upon internal frames. -A hosiery - finishing board is constructed of a metal sheet with a handle of heat-resisting material. The board consists of a leg portion 2 and a foot portion 3 made of thin sheet, preferably aluminium. Near one edge, a groove 4 is provided to receive the seam. The board is apertured to receive bolts 6 which pass through side plates 12 flush with the sides of a forked handle portion 9 of asbestos or similar material.
