Clamps, eccentric.-A frameless window-sash b is fastened in any position by means of eccentrics f mounted on a transverse rod g and adapted to press pads e against the sash. The pads c are arranged in recesses of the frame c and are secured to plates d on which the eccentrics bear. The eccentric comprises a boss k designed to be fixed to the shaft g and a spring band l, the ends of which are secured to the boss. A stiffening-strip m may be fixed on the inside of the band l.
