Abstract

Stencils.-In stencils of the kind consisting of a thin sheet of mimeograph or similar paper strengthened by an edge frame of thicker paper and particularly adapted for use as address plates, the mimeograph or like sheet is secured to one side of, and over an opening in, a thin paper supporting-sheet which is provided with a thicker edge frame or frames. As shown in Figs. 2 and 3, the mimeograph sheet 14 is secured by a number of patches 15 of glue, paste or other adhesive over an opening 13 in a thin paper sheet 12 which is strengthened by a pair of thick paper frames 10. The paper 14 may be prepared in a typewriting-machine before or after application to the support 12.
