Abstract

Warp beams. - The flange b, Fig. 1, of a weavers' or warpers' beam is secured so as to prevent axial movement by means of a clip a formed in halves bolted together and having a projecting part c, or parts, or pins, adapted to engage -one or more circumferential grooves d<1> in the beam. Additional grooves may be made in the beam, and filled by means of a ring when not required. In a modification, the clip a, Fig. 3, is formed integral with the flange b, and is secured by means of a divided ring i inserted in a circumferential groove d<1> in the beam, wedge-pieces j being inserted between the clip and the beam.
