Brackets, adjusting and securing.- Supports for shelving consist of uprights 2 having pockets 4 and secured to the wall by screws 3, the bracket being formed from a sheet of metal 1, which is cut away at 7, Fig. 6, leaving a tongue 10 to fit in the pocket 4, and a cross-bar 8, both of which lie in one plane in front of the upright 2. The sheet 1 forming the bracket is folded into an horizontal part 6 to carry the shelf, and a vertical part 5.
