11,064. Dossetter, F. May 10. Coat and like hangers.-A coat or skirt hanger having extensible arms is combined with a clothes or boot brush with the back made in one piece. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, a brush a is provided with arms b pivoted in bridgepieces c and with a loop d having a suspending- cord h. The device is folded by removing the arms b from the pieces c by springing the arms open and passing them under the loop d. The arms b may be pivoted to pieces pivoted to the brush so that they may be swung sideways to fold up. In the modification shown in Fig. 6, the arms b are formed of sheet metal and slide in bridge-pieces g on the back of the brush, and have slots i engaging lugs in the pieces g. The device is suspended by a loop h.
