8765. McKenzie, J. April 14. Dust-bins. - A closefitting housing for refuse or like bins consists of a half-round body 1, a top fitting 2, and a base 3 let into the ground. The opening 9 in the top is smaller than that of the bin and has a hinged cover 11. The bin is inserted through the open side and may be retained in place by a chain.
