A clamp-lever g is pivoted to the lever f, and in the position shown in dotted lines it holds the lever d firmly against the top of the lever f mitted to the lever f. In the position of the clamp-lever shown in full lines, the lever d is free to oscillate relatively to the lever f, and the trimming-knife is not actuated.
