Gins.-In a Macarthy gin, the bearing of the rocking shaft and the feeder-crank bracket are split vertically from A to B as shown, in order that adjustment for wear may be facilitated. The feeder - crank bracket is provided with an integral lubricator, which is split vertically with the bracket. Jointing - material may be used if required to prevent leakage.
