7341. Doulton, H. L., and Giles, C. H. March 26. Lavatory basins and sinks; bath, lavatorybasin, and sink overflow fittings.-The side K of a sink &c. B is made with a depression A to act as an overflow weir. Vertical ridges C direct the water to a slop hopper H into which the usual plug outlet also leads. A raised weir J is formed round the outlet E to cause the water to issue in one stream. A channel G is left for the last of the water.
