Abstract
7001. Dantzer, R., and Dantzer, J. March 24, 1911, [Convention date]. Shuttle boxes; shuttles.-In a loom having a single warp, for weaving velvet &c., the heald shafts are actuated to produce a double shed, through which two shuttles are simultaneously shot in the same direction. The shuttles are received in a single shuttle box, having adjustable cheeks 15, 16, Fig. 4, sloped to correspond with the shape of the shuttles, and are picked simultaneously. The eye of the lower shuttle is arranged in its base, and the eye of the upper shuttle on its top.
