Electric appliances.-Electricity is applied to the head by means of two pads a, b, backed with leather, provided with metal disks g, g<Î> and united by means of an adjustable metal spring band or wire c. The metal disk g is connected to one pole of a dry cell d mounted in the pad a and the disk g<Î> is connected through the band c to the other pole. In a modification, each pad may contain one or more dry cells. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 3373/89 and 7385/95.
