21,147. Claessen, C. May 26, [Convention date]. Explosives. -Relates to nitrocellulose-nitroglycerine explosives containing not more than 30 per cent of nitroglycerine and gelatinized and moulded by pressure and heat such as 400 - 1000 atmospheres and 90-100‹ C., and consists in adding thereto small quantities, up to 5 per cent, of the double oxalate of sodium and ammonium to neutralize any gaseous acid products that may be formed during the process of manufacture.
