19,655. Freeman, D. W. Sept. 4. Hooks, closed.-A hook of the kind in which a notched locking disk is used comprises two hook members A, D, Fig. 1, pivoted at C. The locking-disk G with a notch H is mounted on a pivot F at right-angles to the pivot C. The device may be adapted for use as a snap hook by fitting a suitable spring to it. Fig. 6 shows a modification comprising two hooks in line; one is shown open and the other closed.
