Stiffeners. - Collar stiffeners of the type described in Specification 30,396/10 are stamped from sheet metal, celluloid, &c., and are provided at the ends with antifriction rollers. The stiffeners a are formed from sheet material with a slotted recess at each end leaving projecting points b, and with perforations c for sewing on. Beads or rollers d are sprung into position on the points b.
