Abstract

13,096. Hennessy, G. May 31. Bottles, non-refillable.-A plug a seating on projections c in the bottle neck is provided with ports e closed above and below by a mushroom valve g with a stem h. The valve has a doubly inclined upper surface, and a ball j rolls thereon. Springs o which may be attached to a ring r retain the plug in the bottle. Vents are provided, and a second valve may be fitted above. The plug a may be made in two parts. A cork n is used to close the bottle during transit.
