Sliding-clasp fastenings.-Relates to a fastening of the type in which the edges of articles of clothing, tents, or the like are provided with enlargements 4, by which they are drawn together by means of a chain-like slider in such a manner as to present on the reverse side the appearance of a continuous seam. Each link of the slider comprises two long wire guides 6, 7 connected at one end by an arch 8 and bent outwards at their other ends to form arms 9, by which they are connected to the arch of the next link by plates 10 of as short a length as possible.
