Bags for golf clubs.-The two legs forming the golf-bag support have spring heads normally projecting them outwards, and they are closed on the bag when it is lifted by the shoulder-strap. The legs h, spring-hinged to a fixed or detachable supporting-plate such as e, which, when detachable, is held by a collar d, are drawn together by straps j, each of which is attached to one leg and looped on the other, while they are adjustably connected together in front of the bag, and are also connected to the shoulderstrap b. Variations in the projecting-springs i, and in the " supporting-plate " are described, and, according to the Provisional Specification, the straps j are looped on to both legs. Looped wires q, q<0> may be used to support the collar d, and to separate single clubs in the bag. All the parts, except the supporting-plate when fixed to the bag, are detachable.
