21,586. Willems, H. Sept. 16. No Patent granted (Seating fee not paid). Clothes frames and racks.-A device for drying linen &c. is constructed of boards in which mortises are cut, each holding a ball between which and the sides of the mortise the linen is gripped. One side of the mortise is inclined to the other, which is cut with two faces meeting at an edge c. A strap i may hold the ball in place. The boards may be dovetailed to a wall or supported on posts or trestles. Reference has been, directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 12,165/90, 3095/91, 21,739/00, 12,388/01, and 28,914/04, [Class 44, Fastenings, Lock &c.].
