4836. Zeiss, C., [Firm of]. April 16, 1909, [Convention date]. Drawings to Specification. Film-packs.-A film-pack is made consisting of tabbed members each of which is composed, in addition to the tab, of a carrier impermeable to light and a film sheet consisting of a transparent backing and a sensitive layer, the film sheet being attached to the carrier with its sensitive layer immediately facing the carrier. The sensitive surface is thus protected in changing the film. The film being exposed through the backing is printed with the backing between the sensitive film and the paper. The film sheet may be integral with the carrier or attached by an edge strip, and the tab may be integral with the carrier or attached to it, or to the film sheet. According to the Specification as open to inspection under Section 91 (3) (a) the transparent backing of the film sheet may be coloured yellow to obviate the necessity for using a yellow screen with the lens. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
