Tubes.-In oil engines in which the vaporizer is in open communication with, or form part of, the combustion chamber, the vaporizer is exhaust-jacketed, and an igniting-tube projects into the path of the exhaust gases. The exhaust gases pass by the passage G to the jacket D around the vaporizer A. The tube K projects into the passage G.
