Fastenings for hinged doors.-Two doors or two pairs of doors arranged so that on opening one door or one pair of doors the other door or pair of doors are locked against opening, are connected by rods e<1>, e<11> to slides h, travelling in guides g on top of the casing and notched to receive spring lever-bolts i, which normally tend to engage the notches h<1>, and are withdrawn from them by pins m<1>, m" on the rods e<11>. The bolts are out of engagement with the notches when both sets of doors are closed, but on opening one pair, say b, b<1>, the pin m<1> is moved away from the corresponding bolt, which is shot into the notch in the slide connected to the doors c, c<1> and locks them against opening until the doors b, b' are again closed.
