Abstract

14,923. Karthaus, P. June 26. Gas burners.-To deodorize the exhaust gases from an explosion engine, they may, after being treated to remove most of the impurities, be burnt by issuing from a pipe 43 over which a flame plays, the flame being formed by a portion of the exhaust ignited by a small burner.
