Abstract

Glazing.-Glass is secured in sashes, without the use of putty, by means of metal frames, Fig. 1, each made in four setions 6, 5, 7, 5 with bevelled and overlapping ends, the sections 5 being secured by small screws 16 as well as by the overlapping ends of the sections 6, 7 ; the latter sections are secured by small screws 16 and larger screws 13, Fig. 2, inserted from the inside into lugs 8 sunk m recesses in the sashes. Strips of rubber 2 are placed on each side of the glass.
