Abstract

1942. Brayshaw, J. A., and Brayshaw, W. Jan. 27. Aerated sprayers; splashing-apparatus. -A nozzle for spraying insecticide is provided with two oppositely-disposed lateral outlets. The nozzle has a cap J, which is cut away so as to leave a V-shaped splasher surface H, whereby liquid issuing from the opening G<2> is deflected to the two lateral openings. The supply tube passes from a portable tank containing the insecticide, which is ejected from it by air pressure.
