Saddle supports. - Relates to adjustable saddle supports of the kind in which the saddle pillar is provided with interrupted threads engaging similar interrupted threads on the frame, adjustment being made by giving the pillar a quarter-turn and lifting it, and then giving another quarter-turn to re-engage with the threads on the frame. The saddle pillar A is formed with threaded parts A<2> and plain parts A<4>. The frame B is formed with similar threads B<2> and plain parts B', and is provided with a spring- pressed catch C, which engages a slot A<3> in the pillar and locks the pillar in its adjusted position. The pillar A may be threaded on the interior and the frame B on the exterior, the catch being in this case carried by the pillar and arranged to engage a slot in the frame.
