Abstract
5669. Peuthert, O., and B³chler, K. Oct. 29, 1907, [date applied for under Section 91 of Patents &c. Act, 1907]. Stays or stiffeners.-In order that the edges of a collar which is fastened behind by hooks and eyes attached to flexible rods sewn to the collar shall meet when fastened, the rods a, b are recessed where the hooks and eyes are placed, as shown at e, Fig. 2. A. modification is shown in Fig. 3, in which the rods are provided with semicircular and elliptical slots f, so that, when they are sewn on, there is no longitudinal movement of the rods.
