Cupboard-turns.-A segmental box 9 with flanges 10 for attachment carries a handle, to the spindle 14 of which is loosely keyed a turn-button or tongue 11, which engages under a segmental box 8 with similar means of attachment and is limited in its motion by stops 12, 16, 17 placed centrally in line, horizontally, and vertically with the centre of the spindle 14, which through loosely fitting in the hole 15 can be turned through a right-angle in either direction. A modified arrangement of stops is shown in Fig. 6.
