Automatic instruments ; pianofortes.- An adjustable connexion between the piano or other action and the automatic playing- devices as well as the keys is so constructed that the connecting parts are removable with the piano action and adjustment can be readily effected. The prolonge 2, pivoted to the wippen 1, is connected to a shoe 4 by a right and left handed screw 13 and by a guide-pin 14. A set-screw 11 is provided for the keylever 12, and a push-rod 5 for the pneumatic playing - device 9. The bushed guide-rail 6 is attached to the frame 7 of the piano action.
