The wedge acts on a hinged flap 29 having a ball-bearing on the operating-lever 19. The parts are rendered easily accessible by making the base-plate 9 removable. The vibrating lever 19 has a spherical bulb 18 held to the base 9 by a bridge-piece 14, which also has a projection 27 carrying the tension flap 29.
