7777. Holt, J. H. March 31. Glass frames or shelters for plants.-A garden frame is made from four or more concrete slabs a<1>, a<2>, a<3>, a<4> held together at the corners by bolts, angle-plates and bolts, or hook-and-eye bolts, or by dovetailing. A mount d of wood, metal, or concrete is bolted to the top of the frame to receive the usual glass covers. Levers j fitted with wheels k may be pivoted to the sides of the frame so as to make it easily transportable, or in the case of large frames axles may be cast in the concrete slabs and the whole structure mounted on the wheels. According to the Provisional Specification, the concrete slabs may be reinforced by woven wire or metal strips embedded therein.
