Acetylene.-A collapsible acetylene lamp kit for surgical purposes comprises generators 19 made of two lengths of tubes, and having a perforated plate for carrying a carbide cartridge 18, the generator being adapted to be attached to an ordinary water tumbler 25 by means of a spring or other clip. The carbide cartridges are those described in United States Specification No. 176,962.
