Abstract
3119. Schroeder, F. W. Feb. 8. Bottling corks, retaining.-In an apparatus for bottling aerated waters or other liquids, the cork is secured in position by a hood pivoted to the bottle neck. The toothed driving-wheel c<1>, which reciprocates a plunger a, also reciprocates, through a second wheel d, cam e, and links f<1>, g, g<1>, g<2>, a rod h, the end of which is formed with, or fixed to, a rectangular frame i. In the front and rear sides of the latter are formed horizontal slots i<1>, preferably provided with friction rollers, through which slots a forked plate k moves, being guided in its movements by the engagement of a pin l, also preferably provided with friction rollers, with grooves m in a forked part n of the main frame. The bottle is placed on a support p<1>, the spring- controlled rod p of which is capable of sliding in guides o' through a distance regulated by an adjustable screw-threaded rod r<1>. The plunger a then descends to drive a cork into the neck of the bottle, until it reaches the position shown in Fig. 1, when it forces the bottle downwards until it is stopped by the rod r<1>. The pin then moves forwards in the groove m, being directed by spring-cotrolled pawls m<1>, and causes the forked end of the plate k to engage over the cork on either side of the plunger. The latter then rises while the rod h continues its descent, carrying with it the sliding frame o and the bottle support p<1>, the pin l moving in the vertical part of the groove m, until a hood t, pivoted to the neck of the bottle, comes into contact with a hooked arm s, which closes the hood over the cork. Further movement of the driving- wheel then raises both the plunger and rod h ready for the next stroke. The hood t is pivoted to a half hoop u, Fig. 4, the ends of which are bent inwards and spring over the bottle neck into two longitudinal and slightly inclined grooves v, Fig. 5, formed just beneath a thickened part w of the bottle neck, by which means the hood is maintained in its proper position for closing over the cork in the bottling-apparatus.

SU422568A1 (en) | DEVICE FOR DAILY DISTRIBUTION OF DETAILS 1 The invention relates to the loading devices of machine tools. Devices are known for single-piece delivery of parts from a magazine equipped with a gate, by means of a back-to-back movable gate that is connected to a drive. increases the stroke of the gate. The proposed device differs from the known ones in that the flap is made movable in a vertical position and pivotally connected on spring-loaded forked lever cooperating with a drive shibera.Gakoe performance reduces the magnitude of the stroke shibera.Ia FIG. 1 shows the proposed device; in fig. 2 is a section along A — A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows a section B — B in FIG. one; in fig. 4 - the position of the gate at the beginning of its working stroke. The device consists of a magazine 1, a movable damper 2, which is pivotally connected to a spring-loaded forked lever 3, interacting with a cam actuator 4, a gate valve 5, equipped with a spring-loaded lever 6 and a link 7. Rear wall of the magazine 1 has a spike 8. From the cam drive 4 by means of the levers 3 and 6, the movement is transmitted to the gate 2 and the gate 5. While the gate 5 moves to the left (according to the drawing), the slide valve 2 descends sharply downwards and takes the lowest position before post 5 de It will fall to the height of one piece 9. When sliding 5 to the right (according to the drawing), it must send some distance and t before viewing with part 9, the moving flap 2 should rise to its extreme upper position during this time, only after this detail 9 served on a working position. The spike 8 in the wall of the magazine 1 enters the groove of the gate b. When gate D goes to the extreme left position (according to the drawing), item 9, having lowered from store 1 to 15, will be bounded on one side by a thorn b, and on the other, by lowered movable damper 2, which will not give part 9 to be flushed B from right to left 20. Item of the Invention A device for single-piece delivery of parts from a magazine equipped with a shutter, connected with a return actuator of a movable sliding gate, characterized in that, in order to reduce the slide stroke stroke, the shutter is made movable in a vertical direction. papravenlen i30 pivotally connected with a spring-loaded fork-shaped lever, interacting with the gate drive. | |
