3016. Cosserat, 0. Feb. 6. Loom shuttle-changing mechanism; picking- motions.-Consists in applying the shuttle-changing mechanism described i n Specification N o. 25,591, A.D. 1901, to over-pick looms. At that side of the loom at which the shuttle is changed is arranged a false picking- stick 15 receiving the picker 16 and secured to the picking-strap 17. When the shuttle box is raised, it is open at both ends.
